We provide regular updates on site management on the Residents’ Web Page, located at https://www.bettsecology.co.uk/registration.
Please have your ENVIR number to hand when you register. You can find this on your Service Charge bill. Please note, you will need to allow time to receive a confirmation message from our office before logging in, which can take up to 48 working hours.
The Residents’ Web Page includes general site information, Notices from Betts, Monitoring Reports, a Your Site Maintenance page, (describing works undertaken on each visit) and links to Betts’ Management Policies.
The Residents’ Web Page is updated regularly with information relevant to the site.
Once annually, you will receive an Annual Service Charge Bill, either via post or, if you have opted for electronic billing, via email. Please check your spam/junk email folders if your bill has not arrived on time.
If you wish to opt into electronic billing, please email residents@bettsecology.com and let us know. Please note, you will need your ENVIR number, and you may be asked security questions to confirm your identity.
