Please cite your ENVIR number in all correspondence (you can find this at the top of your Annual Service Charge bill).

We have several ways in which we can help to solve payment difficulties. For example, we may be able to arrange smaller, more frequent, instalments over a reasonable time-period.
Before making any suggestions or decisions, we will always check your account carefully to ensure you are paying the correct amount, and that you are using the best payment method for your circumstances.
Betts recommends Direct Debit, but there are other methods you may prefer that we can discuss with you.
Please never be afraid to talk to us, and don’t try to ignore debt as that just compounds the problem.
