Frequently Asked Question
Both littering and fly-tipping are illegal activities, and you should report any instances to the authorities.
You can contact your local police force by phoning 101, or find your nearest station by visiting https://www.police.uk/contact/find-a-police-station/.
You can find details of your Local Authority by visiting https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council.
Our staff litter pick sites on each visit, but if you observe any significant littering or fly-tipping, please report this to our offices either via the helpdesk at www.bettsestates.com/help, by emailing residents@bettsestates.com, or by calling the office on 01886 888445.
If possible, and always with your own safety in mind, include photos, location, date and time, and any potentially identifiable information when making your report.
Please always cite your ENVIR number when contacting us, which can be found on your Annual Service Charge bill.
We would also encourage reporting fly-tipping to your Local Authority and the local police, as making them aware of an issue may prevent recurrence.
