Frequently Asked Question

How Do I Report Vandalism on my Site?
Last Updated 2 months ago

If you find that any part of the Public Open Space (POS) has been vandalised, please gather as much information as you can (without placing yourself at risk), including photographs, time, date and location of the incident, and report it to the police and/or your Local Authority without delay, so that they are aware of the matter.

Next, please report the same to us so that we can take any necessary remedial works onsite and so we may also liaise with the police and Local Authority, if required, to help prevent repeat occurrences.

You can contact your local police force by phoning 101, or find your nearest station by visiting https://www.police.uk/contact/find-a-police-station/.

You can find details of your Local Authority by visiting https://www.gov.uk/find-local-council.

You can contact Betts Estates either via our helpdesk system at www.bettsestates.com/help, by emailing residents@bettsestates.com, by calling us on 01886 888445, or by writing to us at Betts Estates, Bank House, Great Witley Road, Martley, Worcestershire, WR6 6PB. Please include your ENVIR number in all correspondence, which you can find at the top of your Annual Service Charge bill.
